The intent and result of our medications is that the patient recovers to health fully with regards to physical complaints, but also experiences balance on the three levels so to be able to fully express oneself, and be Healthy.

 The World Health Organisation defines health as a state of complete physical, mental and social well being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

Importance of regular physical activity cannot be overstressed, it is a considerable factor in maintaining health. Choose a physical activity you enjoy, so that you continue doing it beyond your initial motivation stage. Yoga is extremely beneficial both as a physical activity and as a stress buster. Physical activity act as both, preventive and in many cases curative.


Diet, is not something one does only when 'trying' to lose weight. Following a diet can be a lifestyle with rewarding benefits iin form of good health. Choose a diet plan which works for you, since there are plenty of options  available ask your health care provider to guide you.  Eating healthy nourishes your body and enhances immunity.


Meditation and other relaxation exercises help keep the mind relaxed and calm, and also act as a balance by easing stress.

How do you know your therapy is truly working for you?
